I am an AACI, P.App and a graduate of the University of Prince Edward Island’s Bachelor of Business Administration program. As the co-owner and operator of Legacy Realty, I specialize in residential and commercial valuation and often work on expropriation, easement, litigation, and asset management cases for a wide range of private and public sector clients.
I enjoy working with unique and complex properties that require a multi-faceted analytical approach. To date, I have completed over 6,000 appraisals and understand the value of providing quality information to decision makers and property owners.

G'day! I am one of the co-founders of Legacy Realty and a licensed REALTOR®. I moved to PEI about 15 years ago to attend University and have been completely smitten with the Island ever since.
Today, I work as our in-house realtor helping our clients buy and sell property. I use the skills that I have developed in my previous work experience as a project manager to ensure each transaction runs smoothly and no detail is missed. I am no stranger to working under pressure and getting the job done right the first time. I am a registered sales representative with HomeLife PEI Realty Inc., a member in good standing of the PEI Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association.
